Lucy Howard Hudgell

Lucy Howard-Hudgell is the Director of Government Affairs at Viasat, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of Government Engagement at Inmarsat shortly before the acquisition. With a solid background in policy, strategy, and legal expertise, Lucy has served as a Senior Strategy Advisor at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and worked as a Solicitor at Lee & Thompson LLP. Lucy’s educational accomplishments include a First Class Honours BA from the University of Warwick and a Distinction in an MSc from SKEMA Business School. Prior roles include a Trainee Lawyer at Davenport Lyons and various internships that shaped their legal career.
